Planning for the year 2025 meant expanding our team and revisiting what Wecar meant to us and how it is also viewed by our valued customers. The name “Wecar” served us well in our early days, but it no longer captured the scope of our vision. We needed a name and new brand identity that reflected our innovative spirits, forward-thinking mindsets and commitment to providing the utmost customer service a brand has to offer its customers.
When we first launched WeCar, we saw a gap in the market and acted fast! But as the market has evolved, our ambitions and passions for making things happen also evolved, we realised that the most important thing to us was not just to be seen as leaders in the automotive tech industry but to be seen as a brand that actually cares and will go above and beyond for their customers.
The name “Traknova” does just that—it symbolises tracking (our core strength) and nova, which signifies new beginnings and brilliance.
